Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has left a mark on the screen. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. She moved to Texas for the purpose of pursuing a career as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in independent local films, as well as worldwide commercials. The actress quickly discovered her love for the art of acting, despite tiny roles. In 2001, she moved from the Midwest to New York where her first role was on All My Children's morning soap-opera as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of the decade she was seen in tiny part for JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she was offered her first role in a major series on the short-lived drama The Mountain. De La Garza had the delight of working with great TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. In 2006 she was also cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. De La Garza's character received numerous nominations, including Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She also received ALMA Award nods. The National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is given for outstanding performances in the drama show. De La Garza was then chosen as a recurring character on CSI Miami. She was Marisol Deko as the spouse to David Caruso's Horatio. The most recent television appearance was on Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly dark drama Do No Harm. The show was later cancelled by NBC in the first two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is the younger sibling of Cory as well as being Italian from a family of Italian heritage. Her family was a family that was conservative and very religious. Milano began her acting career when she was seven years old. Babysitters took her along to her first audition. Her audition was in the top 1000 applicants. Milano was chosen as the only girl. Milano appeared on the television in commercials and off Broadway productions including a musical adaptation from Jane Eyre.
